Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end UX engineering for payment products, ensuring optimal user experience across all touchpoints
- Develop high-performance, responsive UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred)
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate complex requirements into elegant, maintainable code
- Implement secure payment integrations while maintaining PCI compliance standards
- Optimize application performance and accessibility across diverse devices and platforms
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for UX engineering excellence
- Conduct user research and A/B testing to validate design decisions and iterate rapidly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development with UX specialization
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex UX engineering projects in fintech or SaaS
- Proficiency in modern component libraries (Material-UI, Ant Design) and state management
- Experience with payment gateways, transaction processing, and security protocols
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams
