Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook Hainanese buns (Pau) and other menu items according to strict recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is served fresh, hot, and to the highest quality.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation at all times.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.
- Assist with basic stock management and inventory checks.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment and machinery safely.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a F&B kitchen or food stall environment is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak operating hours.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work a 6-day work week as required by the role.
- Basic communication skills in English (or local dialects).
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
