Tanggung Jawab
- Operate high-speed stamping presses and progressive tooling systems to manufacture stamped terminals with precision and accuracy.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and tests to ensure all output meets customer specifications and internal quality standards.
- Monitor production metrics and maintain accurate records of daily output, scrap rates, and machine performance.
- Perform routine machine setup, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and 5S workplace organization standards at all times.
- Identify and report production bottlenecks, tooling defects, or material inconsistencies to the production supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience operating high-speed stamping presses and progressive tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and detailed work instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with basic quality control (QC) techniques, such as micrometers and calipers.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry, reporting, and communicating with the team.
