Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and calibrate stamping presses and auxiliary equipment with precision
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of stamping machinery
- Ensure production output meets quality standards through dimensional checks and defect monitoring
- Document production data, maintenance logs, and quality reports per company protocols
- Collaborate with engineering team to optimize stamping processes and reduce waste
- Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and 5S workplace standards
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and best practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certificate in mechanical engineering/manufacturing
- Minimum 2 years' experience in stamping, forging, or metal forming operations
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications
- Strong understanding of ISO quality standards and production SOPs
- Certification in industrial machinery maintenance or equivalent training
- Ability to operate precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Physical stamina to handle materials and stand for extended periods
