Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously update your knowledge of product offerings and procedures.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to the support process.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in chat or email support.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with accuracy.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and helpdesk software is a plus.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to start immediately.
