  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of product offerings and procedures.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to the support process.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in chat or email support.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with accuracy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and helpdesk software is a plus.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to start immediately.
