As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for Shaw customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will be responsible for answering queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding Shaw services. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer transactions and update account information accurately in the system.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, plan upgrades, and service-related questions.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate call logs.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies, scripts, and quality standards during every interaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be willing to work in a rotational shift schedule (including night shifts).
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High school graduate or College Level (Fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Must be available to start ASAP.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
