Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service to bank clients, handling daily transactions and inquiries
- Promote and cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and insurance
- Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and other banking needs
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and bank policies
- Meet individual and team sales and service targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services through continuous learning
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent; Diploma holders are welcome
- No prior banking experience required – full training provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail banking environment
- Proficient in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects is an advantage
- Willing to work retail hours, including Saturdays if needed
- Singaporean, PR, or valid work pass holder
