Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding telecommunication services and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leaders and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Adhere to established call scripts, quality assurance standards, and company policies during every interaction.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance improvement activities.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while managing high call volumes.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent (College graduates with relevant experience are preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work on a morning shift schedule.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a distinct advantage.
