Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily station operations including fuel dispensing, inventory management, and cash handling
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service and problem resolution
- Monitor station performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate maintenance activities and equipment inspections
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates with Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong leadership potential and ability to manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of retail operations or willingness to learn quickly
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Santa Ana, Metro Manila
