Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily station operations, ensuring seamless workflow and high efficiency.
- Supervise station staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, compliance regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, schedules, and activity logs.
- Coordinate with upper management to align station goals with broader organizational objectives.
- Manage resource allocation and inventory to optimize operational costs.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Station Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mining or resource industry operations and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic management software.
- Willingness to work in San Rafael, Palawan.
