As a Station Officer, you will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to oversee daily workflows, maintain high service standards, and meet critical performance KPIs. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse shift operations to ensure seamless processing of parcels.
- Monitor and track team performance against daily and weekly target KPIs.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.
- Manage inventory flow and conduct regular cycle counts to maintain 100% accuracy.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity.
- Prepare accurate and timely shift reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and warehouse management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operations.
