Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse shift operations ensuring timely task completion and resource allocation
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity, accuracy, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with warehouse manager to implement operational strategies and process improvements
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff through effective communication, training, and performance coaching
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, inventory control procedures, and quality standards
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity and minimize disruptions
- Generate and analyze performance reports to identify optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs in fast-paced operational environments
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams of 10+ personnel
- Expert knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting tools
- Valid professional driver's license (Class 1/2) preferred
