Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years warehouse or logistics management experience
- Proven track record in meeting KPIs and operational targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid forklift operation certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
