As a Station Officer, you will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end station activities. Your primary focus will be on operational efficiency, team coordination, and upholding our high standard of service. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure high productivity and accuracy of sorting and processing.
- Monitor and drive team performance to meet or exceed established daily KPIs.
- Implement and maintain safety and security protocols throughout the station to minimize shrinkage and accidents.
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure timely turnaround times for delivery vehicles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide training and coaching to warehouse staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Generate shift reports and provide regular updates to the Warehouse Manager regarding daily output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution centers.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues in real-time.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
