- Oversee daily operations at assigned station(s) to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain service standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Prepare and submit operational reports and documentation as required
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality/tourism
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
