- Oversee daily station operations including dispatch, inventory management, and resource allocation
- Lead and motivate station staff through performance monitoring, training, and coaching
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with logistics teams to maintain efficient transport schedules and service quality
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly at the station level

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, transport, or logistics
