- Supervise daily station operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and maintenance teams for seamless workflow
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions for process optimization
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory control and equipment maintenance schedules
- Enforce quality assurance standards across all operational activities
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong knowledge of operational safety regulations and compliance
- Proven experience in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in inventory management and production planning software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
