Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily retail operations of the gasoline station, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate station staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Manage inventory control, including fuel deliveries, stock replenishment, and accurate record-keeping.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to maximize station revenue and profitability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports for management review.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the station premises and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field is required.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the retail, petroleum, or FMCG industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be target-oriented and knowledgeable in sales and inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
