Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day operations at the assigned station to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of station personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Oversee inventory management, site cleanliness, and equipment maintenance protocols.
- Execute operational strategies to meet or exceed station sales and efficiency targets.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational bottlenecks promptly to maintain station productivity.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance and revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in fuel retail, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Strong background in operations management, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools (MS Office).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and make quick, informed decisions.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Buho, Silang, Cavite, and amenable to shifting schedules.
