Royal Regent Indonesia, a premier manufacturing company specializing in high-quality toy products, is seeking a meticulous and analytical Statistics Staff to join our growing team in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. As a key player in our production and operational department, you will be responsible for translating raw data into actionable insights that drive our manufacturing efficiency and quality control standards.

You will work closely with department heads to monitor production output, track material consumption, and ensure that our statistical models accurately reflect our operational performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze daily production and inventory data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Prepare comprehensive statistical reports for management regarding manufacturing efficiency and output variance.
- Maintain an accurate database of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production cycles.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to track defect rates and implement corrective statistical monitoring.
- Develop and maintain dashboard visualizations to track real-time manufacturing performance.
- Conduct periodic audits of statistical data to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to streamline production processes and reduce operational waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a statistical, data analyst, or production control role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into simple, actionable reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English are preferred.
- Must be willing to be based in Kendal, Jawa Tengah.
