Insight Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Statusing Specialist to join our dynamic Purchasing team. In this pivotal Nightshift role, you will support our US Buyer team by monitoring and managing deal statuses within our enterprise SAP system. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data updates, playing a crucial role in our supply chain operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and update deal statuses within the SAP system in real-time to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the US Buyer team to provide timely status reports and updates.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in purchasing orders, invoices, and deal logs.
- Communicate critical changes and status updates to relevant stakeholders effectively.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions processed during the shift.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and data management procedures.
- Assist in general administrative tasks related to purchasing documentation and logistics.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support cross-functional team needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a statusing, data entry, or purchasing support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP software or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently during nightshift hours.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
