- Lead and coordinate all steel fabrication, sub-assembly, and block erection activities
- Ensure on-time project delivery through efficient resource allocation and workflow management
- Oversee quality control processes for fabricated components and structural assemblies
- Manage and mentor fabrication teams, fostering skill development and safety compliance
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to optimize material usage and timelines
- Implement and maintain industry-standard safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Monitor project budgets and KPIs, reporting progress to senior stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 7+ years in steel fabrication with 3+ years in managerial role
- Shipyard or heavy industrial manufacturing experience essential
- Expertise in structural steel design, welding standards (AWS/DNV), and CNC machinery
- Proven track record in project management and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of ISO 3834 quality certification standards
- Proficiency in CAD software and fabrication planning tools
- Valid OSHA/NEBOSH certifications or equivalent safety qualifications
