Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily sterilization operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff on sterilization techniques, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor sterilization cycles and chemical indicators to verify successful decontamination.
- Conduct regular inspections of sterilization equipment and facilities to identify potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization logs, inventory, and quality control reports.
- Ensure all processes comply with industry standards (ISO, GMP) and local health regulations.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and routine servicing of sterilizers.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a sterilization, manufacturing, or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of sterilization methods (autoclave, dry heat, chemical vapor, etc.) and their applications.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to perform regular safety audits and report findings to management.
