Tanggung Jawab
- Wash dishes, glasses, and cutlery thoroughly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and equipment
- Ensure proper storage of cleaned items in designated areas
- Follow established hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Work efficiently during peak hours to support kitchen operations
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed by the kitchen team
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
