In this role, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep of our dining and kitchen areas, ensuring that all guests have a pleasant experience. Your daily tasks will include washing dishes, glassware, and cutlery, as well as cleaning kitchen equipment to ensure they are sanitized and ready for use. You will also assist in food preparation tasks under the guidance of the Head Chef and maintain a clutter-free environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily dishwashing duties, ensuring all cutlery and glassware are spotless and sanitized.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, pantry, and dining areas at all times.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, and large cooking appliances.
- Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks when needed.
- Properly dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any broken equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals are stored safely and used correctly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Steward, Kitchen Porter, or similar role is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to stand and work for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
