Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, and cutlery, are cleaned and sanitized promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen floor, storage areas, and work surfaces.
- Assist in the proper disposal of waste and management of recycling protocols.
- Support kitchen staff during busy service hours by ensuring a steady supply of clean cookware.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks according to the established kitchen maintenance schedule.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and detergents.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a kitchen steward or in a similar hospitality role is highly preferred.
- Strong commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Dependable, proactive, and capable of working effectively within a team.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Kuta Utara/Canggu area.
