Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining surfaces
- Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
- Operate dishwashing systems and maintain cleaning supply inventory
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours with timely equipment availability
- Report maintenance issues for kitchen and dining equipment
- Organize storage areas for cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Assist in deep cleaning schedules and periodic audits
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of stewarding or cleaning experience in hospitality
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 20kg)
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
