Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently while ensuring minimal breakage.
- Manage the proper storage and organization of kitchen utensils, cookware, and inventory.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and staging as required.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes according to venue standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the management promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Steward, Kitchen Hand, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and shift rotations.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff.
