Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchen facilities, and service equipment
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting for optimal guest flow
- Support servers by delivering food, beverages, and additional supplies efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and operational equipment
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and food handling protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff during peak service periods
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues
