- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and serving areas
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Support kitchen staff with dishwashing, utensil maintenance, and supply restocking
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efficiently
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in stewarding or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
