Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards across all guest cabins, common areas, and facilities, including regular cleaning, dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring presentation and timing meet company standards.
- Manage laundry services, including collecting, washing, ironing, and distributing linens, towels, and guest clothing.
- Monitor and replenish guest amenities, fresh towels, and other supplies regularly, anticipating guest needs.
- Assist guests with various inquiries and requests, providing helpful information and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and procedures.
- Support other team members in daily operations, contributing to a positive and efficient working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to facilities promptly to the relevant department.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a stewarding, hospitality, or similar service-oriented role, preferably in a hotel, resort, yacht, or cruise environment.
- Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing guest needs.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a flexible attitude towards working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
