Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards across all club facilities including pool areas, dining spaces, and guest rooms
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for wellness workshops, retreats, and private functions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address facility issues promptly
- Support guest requests with courteous and efficient service orientation
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies and operational materials
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in stewarding or hospitality support roles
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency highly valued
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork excellence
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
