- Maintain thorough sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas
- Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper cleaning protocols
- Support kitchen staff by maintaining organized workstations and supply availability
- Execute deep cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operational flow
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in stewarding or hospitality cleaning preferred
- Strong physical stamina and ability to handle standing/walking for extended periods
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and professional standards
