We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Steward to join the Toko Kopi Klasik team. As a leading name in the hospitality industry, we are committed to providing a top-notch dining experience, and our Stewards are essential in maintaining that standard. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, as well as supporting the culinary team with daily food preparation.
Your duties will include washing dishes, peeling and cutting ingredients, and sanitizing workstations to ensure food safety. We value attention to detail and a positive attitude. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning of the kitchen, dining floor, and restroom facilities.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as required by the Chef.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery and equipment.
- Sanitize all cutting boards, utensils, and cooking surfaces to prevent cross-contamination.
- Assist the kitchen staff with food plating and presentation.
- Empty trash bins and manage waste disposal efficiently.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is stored properly and in good condition.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience as a Steward, dishwasher, or in a similar food service role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and move around for long periods.
- Strong commitment to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate weights.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
