Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Adhere strictly to hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping team for seamless room turnover
- Report maintenance issues and damages promptly to management
- Provide exceptional guest service during interactions in public areas
- Follow sustainability practices in resource usage and waste management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous housekeeping or stewarding experience preferred
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
