Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen area, including floors, surfaces, and dishwashing stations.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, cutlery, glassware, and cookware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Manage the proper storage and organization of kitchen tools and supplies.
- Support the culinary team by assisting with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Strictly adhere to food safety and health regulations, including HACCP standards.
- Efficiently manage waste disposal and ensure the kitchen area remains clutter-free.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak operating hours.
- Perform regular deep cleaning schedules as assigned by the Executive Chef.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Steward or Kitchen Porter in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Disciplined, reliable, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Basic ability to communicate in Indonesian; English language proficiency is a plus.
