Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, cutlery, and cooking utensils, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, storage rooms, and waste disposal zones.
- Support the kitchen brigade by assisting with basic food preparation tasks when necessary.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and follow all maintenance protocols.
- Monitor chemical usage and maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies.
- Ensure compliance with strict Health, Safety, and Food Hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in general kitchen maintenance to ensure a safe work environment for all staff.
- Manage waste segregation and recycling protocols according to company guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and chemical handling procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong team player with a positive, proactive, and 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of English is a plus.
- Local residency in Badung or the surrounding Bali area is highly preferred.
