Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms.
- Assist the kitchen staff with dishwashing, pot washing, and cleaning of cooking equipment.
- Clear tables and reset dining areas efficiently after guest use to ensure a seamless experience.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the service team by delivering necessary supplies and maintaining the overall appearance of the establishment.
- Follow all safety protocols and food handling guidelines strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel services is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods.
- Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
