- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas including floors, equipment, and surfaces
- Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment
- Manage waste disposal and recycling according to health regulations
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere strictly to food safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Perform deep cleaning tasks during operational closures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Steward or in hospitality cleaning roles
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
