Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, dining rooms, and service stations
- Wash, sanitize, and store all kitchen equipment, utensils, and serving ware
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen materials
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed during peak hours
- Support service staff by ensuring dining areas are properly set up and maintained
- Handle and dispose of waste materials according to health and safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a steward or similar role in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
