Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas, service stations, and guest facilities
- Assist with table setup, silverware arrangement, and table decoration according to standards
- Support service staff during peak hours by clearing tables promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen team for seamless food and beverage service coordination
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tableware, and service equipment
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Assist in resolving guest inquiries related to dining services
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in stewarding or hotel/restaurant service preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid health certification (if applicable)
