Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, dishes, and cutlery are cleaned and sanitized to company and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free kitchen and back-of-house work area at all times.
- Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Properly store food supplies, chemicals, and equipment in designated areas.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling protocols in compliance with health regulations.
- Perform regular inventory checks on kitchen cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Support the team during peak hours to ensure efficient workflow and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Steward, Kitchen Assistant, or in a similar role is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene protocols, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Denpasar, Bali.
