Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for maintaining excellence in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment? Urban Wagyu Steakhouse is looking for a meticulous and hardworking Steward to join our culinary team in Jakarta Selatan. As a Steward, you are the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring that every plate, utensil, and surface meets the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our chefs and service staff by maintaining an impeccable kitchen environment. You will be responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of heavy-duty kitchen equipment and dining ware, ensuring that our world-class dining experience remains seamless and safe for all guests. We are seeking an individual who takes pride in their work, possesses a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative team culture.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, and food preparation surfaces.
  • Ensure all dining and kitchenware are cleaned and polished to a high standard, meeting food safety protocols.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage areas, walk-in coolers, and dishwashing stations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure an efficient flow of sanitized utensils and equipment during peak hours.
  • Strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and company SOPs.
  • Perform daily and weekly deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled by the kitchen management team.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of replenishment needs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Steward, Kitchen Porter, or dishwasher in a restaurant or hotel is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, and chemical handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong discipline, punctuality, and a proactive work attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
