Are you passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order in a premium dining environment? OKOME Japanese Tonkatsu is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Steward to join our culinary team in Badung, Bali.
As a Steward, you play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a spotless and hygienic experience. You will work closely with our chefs and front-of-house staff to uphold our reputation for excellence in Japanese cuisine. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, dining tables, and service areas.
- Sanitize all cooking utensils, cutlery, and glassware according to strict health and safety regulations.
- Assist with the washing, peeling, and preparation of ingredients under the guidance of the culinary team.
- Ensure proper disposal of food waste and recycling in accordance with local regulations.
- Restock supplies such as detergents, napkins, and cleaning materials to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or hotel setting is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
