Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, plating support, and cleaning duties.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery and sanitizing equipment.
- Restock kitchen supplies, cleaning agents, and ensure proper organization of storage areas.
- Remove waste and recyclables promptly to keep the workspace efficient.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail in cleaning and organization.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
