Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, kitchens, and common spaces
- Manage dishwashing operations and ensure proper sanitation of all kitchen equipment
- Support inventory management of cleaning supplies and operational materials
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams during peak hours and special events
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in all operational areas
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service
- Report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions to management
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in stewarding or hospitality housekeeping preferred
- Strong work ethic with ability to stand for extended periods
- Detail-oriented approach to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
- Physical capability to lift heavy objects and handle cleaning equipment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
