Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the kitchen area, dishwashing station, and storage facilities are kept clean and organized at all times.
- Perform thorough cleaning of all kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, cutlery, and food preparation surfaces.
- Support the culinary team by ensuring all necessary tools are sanitized and available for service.
- Manage waste disposal according to established health and safety protocols.
- Assist in receiving and properly storing food deliveries and supplies.
- Maintain chemical inventory and ensure correct usage of cleaning supplies.
- Uphold food safety standards and workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Experience in a kitchen or stewarding role is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina to handle manual labor and standing for long shifts.
- Deep understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Disciplined, punctual, and capable of working in shifts.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
