Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation of glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Support bar staff during peak hours with efficient dishwashing and supply management
- Organize and restock cleaning supplies and chemicals according to safety protocols
- Monitor and maintain hygiene standards in dishwashing areas and storage facilities
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in stewarding or bar support roles preferred
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning procedures
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
