In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily kitchen operations by ensuring that all culinary equipment, kitchenware, and work areas are kept impeccably clean and organized. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all kitchenware, including pots, pans, cutlery, and glassware, are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including floors, surfaces, and waste disposal units.
- Support the kitchen staff by ensuring necessary equipment is available and ready for use during service.
- Manage the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and kitchen maintenance supplies.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically as scheduled by the Kitchen Manager.
- Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate PPE and following hygiene protocols.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep duties as requested by the Head Chef during peak service hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in a steward or kitchen porter role is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of kitchen sanitation and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
- Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Denpasar, Bali.
