As a Steward at Plant Bistro, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our culinary team has the clean equipment and sanitized workspace they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, cutlery, glassware, and crockery are cleaned and sanitized to health and safety standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and kitchen floor area.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Properly store and organize clean equipment and utensils in designated areas.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently, adhering to environmental protocols.
- Perform deep cleaning of kitchen surfaces, vents, and appliances as per the scheduled cleaning roster.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and dishwashing chemicals.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or in a similar back-of-house role is preferred.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive physical tasks.
- Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations in a food service environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical usage.
- Willingness to learn and contribute positively to a team-oriented culture.
